Michelle & Lindsye | Hidden Meadows Wedding

2015-10-26_016

When you meet a bride like Michelle, who has been dreaming about her wedding day since she was a little girl, you know it’s going to be a special day. She envisioned a rustic look and found it at Hidden Meadows in Snohomish, fully equipped with a sprawling landscape, train tracks, and romantic chandeliers.

Lacing up in her wedding dress with almost all of the 18 wedding party present was just the type of bubbling, happy energy that continued throughout her and Lindsye’s wedding day. A little rain and some wind couldn’t even stop these two from laughing (and dancing) down the aisle (oh there were also quite a few tears) where they were announced officially married! The dancing continued as this group entered the reception and kept the celebrating going strong as dusk turned into night.

Thank you Michelle & Lindsye! We absolutely loved all the emotions of your day and hope you cherish those memories forever. ~Erik & Marissa

The ceremony, officiated by their friend Denis, had tears, joy, some serenading, lots of love and laughter too…

Charlie & Steven | The Golf Club at Newcastle Wedding

2015-10-23_016

The Seattle String Quartet filled the air with music as guests were seated under the white canopy on a beautiful, sunny October day. Charlie, arm in arm with her father, made her way down the aisle looking every inch like a princess meeting her prince. The emotions of the day filled her more than she expected as tears filled her eyes during their vows. After the ceremony she said it was all such a blur because she couldn’t stop crying!

The happiness Charlie & Steven felt all day surrounded by family and friends gave them a full day of memories. Memories they’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Thank you for having us there to tell your story on such an amazing day. ~Erik & Marissa

Candice & Tom | Sand Point Country Club Wedding

2015-10-06_008

Tom still claims that it was pure luck Candice agreed to their first date, and then a second…

Candice, on the other hand, gushes over their sweet engagement, when Tom (who hand-makes her cards regularly) created a whole booklet of photos of the two of them. Although he claims he was still shocked she said yes, we think he had it in the bag with that level of thoughtfulness!

Their wedding day was filled with the same level of adoration with greens to match Candice’s favorite color and emerald engagement ring to friends and family pitching in on invitations, the cake and officiating (Alan claims this is his one and only time officiating since he just couldn’t say no to his sister).

The sweetest father-daughter dance rounded out this perfect day, with both Candice and her dad dancing alongside Tom and his daughter.
We wish you two a lifetime of love, whether it be by luck or through a whole lot of thoughtfulness. ~Erik & Marissa

Candice’s emerald engagement ring was inspired by her mother’s, which she had sewn into her dress in remembrance.

Lauren & Ryan | Pioneer Square Engagement

When your friend says he wants to set you up with a girl named Lauren at Seafair and you meet a girl named Lauren on a boat you think, that must be her! It would be confusing when you find out that Lauren actually has a boyfriend. Fast forward a few hours to dinner that evening when Ryan is introduced to another Lauren, (the right one this time!) the one he’s supposed to meet. The two hit it off immediately, but she was disappointed to learn he actually lived in Colorado.

The thing about love is…it’s hard to ignore. He kept coming home to visit her and she kept texting him until they were officially dating long distance. When he decided to move home to Seattle it was official, they were saving for a house and an engagement was on the horizon! (Actually it was on a beautiful horizon in Hawaii.)

So happy to finally meet you two and spend time walking around the city. Your wedding is going to be amazing! ~Erik & Marissa
