Our 3rd session together was such a blast! In just 9 short months since we had our last session together, their little girl is a toddler instead of a baby! We had fun capturing all the movement that comes with toddlerhood, like walking, exploring, gathering rocks and smelling flowers. It was so sweet!

Summer with kids means splashing in the waves, digging toes in the sand, and picnics on the beach. Love that this family did just that for their photo session this year!
They made a whole evening out of it by getting to the beach early for a family picnic and play time. Then changed clothes (pro-move from this seasoned mama of 3 and friend of ours) and romped around with me for some fun!
Candids with kids is the way to go at this stage and we’re so here for it!

This iconic spot never gets old! We just learned that the Edgewater Hotel was actually built for the workers of the World Fair. It was so popular that they decided to keep it after the fair was done and turned it into a hotel!
Fun facts aside, this gorgeous wedding day was full of sweet moments, like Erica & Aaron’s private (and teary) vows before the ceremony, a walk to the beach with their best friends, a packed dance floor, and laughs throughout the day.

It was a gorgeous, sunny, summer day for a head-over-heels-in-love couple to get married!
Danielle & Brent were calm and collected as the day began, excited for their big day, no nerves present when you’re marrying your best friend. As they met each other for their sweet first look the air around them turned to pure fun and excitement!
They danced down the aisle and had surprise songs representing their interests of sci-fi sprinkled in while toasts brought the whole room to tears and laughter. Their personal vows were heartfelt and funny at the same time, making the whole day meaningful with promises of a future they’d envisioned together.

They had another gorgeous hair baby! He’s giving big sister a run for her money, but we think she had him beat by half an inch. Always fun to see a family for another baby born to see the differences between the kiddos, not to mention the differences between parenting your firstborn to parenting your second!
